A. General Provisions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE TRIPLE C SITE/APPLICATION.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the application, websites (www.cardchain.community , the Triple C Application, and other websites managed by us), content, and products provided by us (collectively referred to as the “Triple C Application”), including all Collection Cards, site/application features, payments, or use of services available on the Triple C site/application (“Services”).

By registering and/or using www.cardchain.community or the Triple C Application, you are deemed to have read, understood, comprehended, and agreed to all contents of these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to any additional terms and conditions, including those applicable to specific Services, and any amendments thereto, which form an integral and inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the “Triple C Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency, the additional Terms of Use shall prevail.

B. Registration, Account & User Profile

1. Registration

• You represent that you are legally competent and capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country of domicile.
• Triple C does not charge any registration fee.
• You understand that one (1) Wallet Address may only be used to register one (1) Triple C account.
• To become a Triple C user, you must register via the Triple C Application or www.cardchain.community.
• You are required to ensure the accuracy and correctness of all data and information you provide at any time through the Triple C Application or Website.

2. Account & Profile

• To claim REWARD POINTS, you must complete the following profile data:
  • (i) Full Name,
  • (ii) Phone Number,
  • (iii) Telegram Account,
  • (iv) Wallet Address,
  • (v) Email Address.
• Data validation applies only to users domiciled in Indonesia. Users outside Indonesia will receive rewards in USDT equivalent to the claimed product.
• Triple C reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your account indefinitely without compensation if a violation of these Terms or applicable laws is suspected.
• Users are prohibited from creating or using tools, software, features, or systems intended to manipulate the Triple C platform, including but not limited to data manipulation, crawling/scraping/phishing, automated transactions, or other activities reasonably deemed as system manipulation.

C. Personal Information & Data Usage

1. The collection, storage, processing, use, and disclosure of your personal data (such as name, email address, wallet address, and phone number) are subject to the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
2. By using the Triple C platform, users authorize Triple C to store their information and usage-related data.
3. Triple C reserves the right to reject or delete user profiles or related data that violate these Terms or applicable laws in Indonesia.
4. User data usage is governed by the Triple C Privacy Policy.

D. Purchase of TRIPLE C CARD

5. Users may purchase TRIPLE C CARD using USDT BEP20 via their connected Wallet Address on www.cardchain.community or the Triple C Application.
6. Each TRIPLE C CARD purchase or referral entitles users to POINTS, which may be used to claim rewards as detailed on the official Triple C website.
7. Users receive Return Back inflows (CLC 1 and CLC 2) as specified on the TRIPLE C CARD purchase page based on the card type purchased.
8. Card prices are determined on the official website according to the Return Back inflow of each card type.
9. Users may purchase TRIPLE C CARD without limit based on their individual capacity.
10. All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
11. Triple C reserves the right to change TRIPLE C CARD prices at any time with or without prior notice.
12. TRIPLE C POINTS do not expire and are considered used once redeemed for rewards.
13. Triple C may modify reward types with or without official notice.
14. There is no obligation for users to purchase TRIPLE C CARD.
15. Users may not transfer their account or POINTS to another account.

E. REWARD POINTS Claim Mechanism

1. Users must complete their profile data to claim rewards.
2. Reward claims will be validated by Triple C and confirmed via official Triple C email only.
3. Reward redemption is available daily.
4. Rewards will be delivered within seven (7) business days after verification.
5. Users must read and understand reward descriptions, specifications, and terms.
6. Users cannot select brand, color, size, or quality for physical rewards.
7. Rewards received cannot be exchanged or returned.
8. Triple C is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards.
9. Users must provide accurate and complete information.
10. Triple C is not liable for user negligence in fulfilling requirements.

F. 1,000,000 TRIPLE C CARD Lottery

1. All users have equal opportunities to earn digital lottery coupons through POINTS accumulation.
2. Every sale of 1,000,000 TRIPLE C CARDS triggers a lottery event.
3. Every 2,000 POINTS earns one (1) digital lottery coupon.
4. Sales progress is displayed in real time using blockchain technology.
5. Lottery serial numbers are based on the user’s Wallet Address.
6. Winners will be notified via their accounts.
7. The lottery will be witnessed by Triple C’s legal team and broadcast live.
8. Physical prizes apply to Indonesian users; overseas users receive USDT equivalents.
9. Non-responsive winners will be replaced via redraw.
10. Triple C is not responsible for taxes on prizes.
11. Users must provide valid information.
12. Triple C is not responsible for user negligence.
13. Prize delivery takes 45–90 business days.
14. Triple C may substitute prizes if necessary.
15. Users waive all claims related to prize quality or substitution.
16. Users must review prize details carefully.
17. No selection of brand, color, size, or quality for physical prizes.
18. Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
19. Lottery decisions are final and legally binding in Indonesia.

G. Marketing

20. Marketing in this regard includes but is not limited to
    • (i) Invitations/statements by users and/or TRIPLE C marketing,
    • (ii) Seminars/Table Talks,
    • (iii) Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP), and crypto dance.
21. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the TRIPLE C Terms & Conditions and any information conveyed during marketing activities—whether by TRIPLE C, TRIPLE C employees, agents, influencers, affiliates/affiliators, and/or TRIPLE C users—the TRIPLE C Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
22. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIPLE C, TRIPLE C employees, agents, and/or our affiliates from any demands, lawsuits, damages, and/or claims filed by you regarding errors or misrepresentations made during marketing activities.

H. Right to Make Corrections

23. We reserve the right to perform corrections on your account, including but not limited to
    • (i) TRIPLE C POINTS Credit,
    • (ii) TRIPLE C CARD,
    • (iii) Referrals,
    • (iv) User Level,
    • (v) POINTS History, and
    • (vi) transactions on your account, if in our records irregular transactions have occurred. Such corrections include our reasonable judgment and belief related to or caused by fraud, embezzlement, misuse, and/or other unlawful acts.
24. You hereby grant full, irrevocable, and unconditional power, right, and authority to Us with the right of substitution, at any time, without prior notice and without your prior consent, to perform corrections on your account.

I. Term of Validity

25. The TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the moment you become a TRIPLE C User and shall remain in force as long as you maintain an active TRIPLE C account.
26. You agree and bind yourself not to take any action that may limit, hinder, and/or diminish one or more of Our rights and/or authorities under the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
27. You hereby agree to waive the provisions of Article 1266 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata), so that the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions, Application, and/or Services may be terminated (in part or in whole, temporarily or permanently) in accordance with the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions without the need for a court decision or order.
28. All consents, mandates, authorities, and/or rights granted by you to Us in the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions shall not terminate for any reason, including the reasons referred to in Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Indonesian Civil Code, as long as you are still using the Services or Application or still use and/or possess a TRIPLE C Account.
29. You hereby release Us from all Claims in connection with the execution of all Our actions based on the mandate, authority, and/or rights granted by you to Us in or based on the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions, as well as the execution of Our rights or authorities under the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions.

J. Obligations, Representations & Warranties

30. You may only access or use the TRIPLE C Site/Application
    • (a) in accordance with the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions,
    • (b) for lawful purposes, and
    • c) not for fraudulent, illegal, criminal purposes or actions, activities, deeds, or other purposes that violate or conflict with the law, applicable regulations, or the rights or interests of any party.
    You are fully responsible for checking and ensuring that you have accessed the correct site/downloaded the correct software for your device. We are not responsible if you do not have a device compatible with the TRIPLE C Site/Application or if you have accessed/downloaded the wrong software version for your device. crypto dance.
31. You are prohibited from using the TRIPLE C Site/Application or performing Transactions:
    • (a) for purposes, activities, or actions that violate the law or infringe upon the rights or interests (including Intellectual Property Rights or privacy rights) of any party;
    • (b) that contain materials or elements that are dangerous or harmful to any party;
    • (c) that contain software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful computer codes, files, scripts, agents, or programs; and (d) that interfere with the integrity or performance of the TRIPLE C Site/Application and its supporting systems.
32. You are prohibited from taking any action, including within or through the TRIPLE C Site/Application, that may damage or disrupt our reputation, including but not limited to
    • (i) Provocation,
    • (ii) spreading false negative information about us,
    • (iii) hate speech.
    Should you engage in such actions, we will take necessary legal measures.
33. You are required to ensure that you do not disclose your security information to any other party. Every command made through your TRIPLE C account from the TRIPLE C Site/Application will be deemed authorized by you. You shall bear all losses arising from your negligence, and We shall not be held responsible for such negligence.
34. You hereby expressly agree, represent, and warrant that:
    • You are an individual legally capable of performing legal acts under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including binding yourself to the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18 (eighteen) years of age or under guardianship, you warrant that the opening of the TRIPLE C account has been approved by your legal parent or guardian.
    • You have the right, authority, and capacity to use the TRIPLE C Site/Application and to comply with and execute all TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions.
    • If you register or download the Application on behalf of a legal entity, civil partnership, or other party, you hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity, right, and authority to act for and on behalf of such entity or party, including but not limited to binding them to all contents of the TRIPLE C Terms and Conditions.
    • You represent and warrant that the funds used for Payments/Transactions do not originate from criminal acts prohibited under applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia; this account opening is not intended for money laundering; transactions are not made to deceive or evade reporting to the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK); and you are fully responsible for releasing Us from any claims or damages should you engage in money laundering.
    • All Data submitted, whether now or in the future, is true, complete, accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading, and does not violate the rights or interests of any party.
    • The TRIPLE C Application will be used for your own benefit or the entity you legally represent. You shall not transfer your account or provide access to your Data/account to any other party under any circumstances.
    • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia while using the Application.
35. By conducting transactions, you understand that all communications and instructions received by Us will be treated as solid evidence even if not in written or signed form. You agree to indemnify and release Us from any losses or legal expenses (including litigation costs) arising from the execution of your instructions.

K. Limitation of Liability

36. TRIPLE C CARD is not a deposit or investment as defined under Banking regulations.
37. The purchase of TRIPLE C CARD is a service fee for using all TRIPLE C features, where the User selects the quantity according to the available denominations. These fees are non-refundable.
38. Users cannot request a refund after the purchase or use of TRIPLE C CARD for any reason.
39. Users agree to release TRIPLE C and its affiliates from any claims regarding funds spent on TRIPLE C CARD, provided the card rights have been received in the user's account.
40. The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, security, timeliness, or accuracy of the service. We do NOT warrant that:
    • The use of the Site/Application will be secure, uninterrupted, or free from viruses/harmful components.
    • The Site/Application will meet your expectations or be compatible with third-party hardware/software.
    • Transaction data will be recorded with 100% accuracy in the blockchain, although it is monitorable in real-time on the BEP20 (BNB Chain).
41. You acknowledge that the Service may experience delays or limitations due to internet network issues or device malfunctions. We are not responsible for failed transactions caused by these factors.
42. You acknowledge the possibility of system instability, bugs, or changes in features. You agree not to file any Claims against Us for such occurrences.
43. We are not liable for claims resulting from incomplete information provided by you or your failure to follow instructions.
44. TRIPLE C is not responsible for damages (loss of money, reputation, or profits) resulting from:
    • Inability to use services, delays, or bugs.
    • Disputes between users or defamation.
    • Unauthorized transactions to addresses other than the Official TRIPLE C Smart Contract/Wallet Address.
    • Hacking by third parties or hardware damage from using the service.
45. You agree to release Us from claims arising from Our use of your Data according to these Terms or your misuse of the Application for fraudulent/criminal purposes.
46. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and Passkey/Wallet Address. TRIPLE C is not liable for losses caused by your negligence in securing your account.
47. You agree to compensate Us for all costs and legal fees incurred as a result of your Claims that violate this "Limitation of Liability" section.

L. Intellectual Property Rights

48. All TRIPLE C Site/Application elements, including layouts, designs, logos, and names, are Our Intellectual Property.
49. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or exploiting the TRIPLE C Application, or using automated scripts (bots/crawlers) that burden our servers.

M. Force Majeure

We are released from all claims if we cannot fulfill instructions due to events beyond our control, including:

50. Computer viruses.
51. Suspension of the BEP20 (BNB Chain) blockchain.
52. Trojan horses.
53. Systems harmful to the account.
54. Internet Service Provider failures.
55. Natural disasters, wars, riots, or government policies.

N. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

56. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
57. Disputes shall be resolved as follows:
    • Written notice must be sent to the other party.
    • Resolution via Deliberation (Musyawarah) within 360 calendar days.
    • If failed, the dispute shall be settled via Arbitration through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in South Jakarta.
    • Parties must maintain confidentiality regarding the dispute; violation of this may result in account termination.
58. All mandates and authorities granted remain irrevocable per Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Indonesian Civil Code.

O. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
